I was a first-time home buyer with some pretty specific priorities for my first house. Chris worked well with me to identify a number of houses that met my criteria. Once I found a house I liked, he offered a lot of useful advice for putting together a bid that would win in a competitive market without overspending. Throughout the closing process, he explained each step and made sure I was clear on what to expect and what I needed to do. From start to finish, Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful, responding quickly to messages with answers to questions and solutions to problems. I'll be recommending him to anyone looking for a house in the Columbus area and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

Chris is the best. As first time home buyer, he took time to explain every detail of the process. The care he took to communicate and make sure we felt supported, made us appreciate him even more. He was generous with his time, and always willing to make time for us to view numerous homes. Chris has excellent negotiation skills and really advocated for us when we put the offer in on our house. He picks up every detail in a home and gives you space also to see how you feel about a home before giving his opinion. He wanted us to be the ones to decide we loved the home. He is so professional and came so highly recommended to us. He met every expectation and more. Even after we got the keys to our home, he reaches out to see if we need anything.
