Stephen Dial is hands-down the most knowledgeable and client-focused agent in the Columbus market. I was first referred to Stephen four years ago when I was moving to Columbus, and he represented me as a buyer. That experience set a high bar -- so when it came time to sell the home he helped me purchase, I naturally turned to him again. Stephen not only met my high expectations the second time around-- he far exceeded them. He timed the market perfectly, generating 34 showings in just 36 hours, and brought in multiple offers well over asking price. His strategic planning, marketing approach, and understanding of buyer behavior were spot-on. Beyond the results, Stephen is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive throughout the entire process. His professionalism and steady communication made everything smooth and stress-free. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I would not be in my dream home if not for Stephen Dial. Above and beyond does not even begin to describe Stephen's level of commitment and dedication to his clients. He's extremely personable and gets to know you on a personal level before beginning a house search. I began searching for a house at the end of January and closed on my dream home by the beginning of March... THAT'S HOW GOOD HE IS!! Having Stephen as your agent makes you feel extremely secure. Each home walk-through I had he used his experience to point out issues and or benefits to the houses that he noticed which made home viewing a lot easier as well as gave you a sense of confidence knowing if you missed something, Stephen would be there to catch it. He was very attentive and always super quick to reply to any questions or concerns and made sure you 100% understood what he was explaining. He was EXTREMELY efficient with paperwork and he made sure you understood what you were signing before you signed it which is super important. Stephen stepped out of his comfort zone in a county he does not typically show houses in, went to bat for me, and somehow STILL got me an amazing deal on a house which would not have been accomplished without his hard work, the research that he did, and his experience. To say that I'm satisfied would be an understatement. I trult believe if I hired anybody else, I would not be in my dream home right now and would more than likely still be searching for a home. There's nobody I trust more when it comes to purchasing a home. I'm forever grateful for Stephen and anybody I come across in search of a home is being QUICKLY forwarded to Stephen.

Once again Stephen has provided excellent service. I first met Stephen several years ago when we began our search for a home to buy. By pure luck, it was Stephen we selected from the recommendations through our bank. It was an even better experience than we could have hoped for. When the decision had to be made to sell the house this year, Stephen was the only person I trusted. Stephen's vast knowledge of the market is beyond incredible and the customer service he provides is extremely valuable. Stephen listens to what you want, makes suggestions when they are warranted and uses his many years of experience to guide you through the process. Not only has Stephen helped with the purchase and then sale of our home, I recommended him to my daughter and son-in-law when they were ready to purchase their home and they could not have been happier. 5 stars aren't enough to show just how incredible Stephen is - I'd give 100 if I could.
